Abstract
Die & mould manufacturing technology rapid development, has become a modern manufacturing technology of the important component. Such as mould CAD/CAM technology, mould of laser rapid prototyping technology, mould precise forming technology, die ultra-precision processing technology. Plastic products from product design to molding production including plastic products design, mold design, mould manufacturing and injection molding process parameter selection and so on several aspects. Long-term since, mold design mainly depends on the designer's skill and experience, design reasonable or not, products have only by trying to mold defects know, cause mould and plastic product design and manufacturing cycle is long, the cost is high, the product quality is not easy to guarantee, scrap rate is high, the lack of market competitiveness. This design is introduced the electric razor shell mould design, this injection mould adopted a module and two cavity structure.
This article before the first design Pro-E analysis software for parts to carry on the analysis, the analysis of the main purpose is on the analysis of the forming technology of rationality and at the same time, optimizes the cavity layout forms, according to the results of analysis the determination of reasonable molding technology and good cavity layout form. And then you can in Pro/E of design software EMX module in the design of die structure, mould all the design of the system are in this module. Later in this paper mainly introduces the technology of plastic parts analysis, the design of gating system, exhaust systems, orientation and the position of the institutions, remolding mechanism, side parting core-pulling system design, the design of its molding part, standard formwork selection, temperature control system, each parameter of the check. And use AutoCAD software rendering drawings and main mould of total drawing. And simple compiled the main mould parts processing process card.
