3、做好药品管理工作，严防药品霉变、过期失效，检查毒性、麻醉、精神、贵重药品的使用管理情况，发现问题及时研究解决，并向上级报告。深入临床了解药物使用和管理情况，收集药物安全信息。
4、认真学习，刻苦钻研业务技术，掌握药学的基础理论、基本知识和基本操作，学会查阅药学文献，学习科研工作的基本方法和技能。
5、担任进修生、实习生的带教工作，指导药士的业务学习和工作。 6、做好仪器设备的保养和使用登记工作。
7、服从分配，遵守职业道德规范，树立良好的药德，对病人做好解释工作。坚守岗位，严守劳动纪律。
七、(中、西)药剂士职责
1、在科主任的领导下和上级药师指导下，按照分工，负责药品的预算、请领、分发、保管、采购、报销、下送登记、统计以及处方调配等工作。
2、主动征求临床科室用药意见，改进供应工作。经常检查本室药品的使用、保管情况，发现问题及时研究处理，并向上级报告。
3、认真执行各项规章制度、岗位责任制和技术操作规程，学习并掌握医院药学的基础理论、基本知识和基本操作，提高工作和服务质量，严格管理毒性、麻醉、精神和贵重药品，严防差错事故。

临床药学组核心工作是促进临床安全、有效、经济、适当使用药物，同时兼顾药学科研，尤其药物代谢动力学方面的研究。具体职能如下: 1、开展药物不良反应监测工作，详细记录药品不良反应的发生并予以分析，上报宁夏药物不良反应监测中心(尤其要注意中成药、中草药不良反应的发生及原因); 2、开展治疗药物浓度监测，实现用药个体化; 3、开展临床药学监护工作，实现药师的职能转换; 4、进行药学情报资料收集、整理、编辑，并及时反馈于临床; 5、进行合理用药咨询工作; 6、进行药物相互作用和药物相互配伍稳定性研究; 7、组织科内业务学习，每两周组织科内学习一次;承担进修人员、实习学生的教学工作。
9、做好临床药学科研工作。 九、分析检测人员职责
1、熟悉本专业的基础理论知识和较系统的专业知识，能熟练掌握检测逐个基本方法的实验技术。努力学习，不断更新专业知识，能完成所承担的检测任务。
2、严格按照标准操作规范进行各项检测工作。保证原始记录的真实完整，提供可靠数据，在检测报告上签字，对检测质量负责。
3、定期对仪器进行维护、保养，进行送检或自较，以保证在周期内使用。 4、熟悉检测数据的处理及误差的基本知识，了解实验中误差的来源，掌握消除(减少)误差的各种方法，能独立地进行数据处理及检测结果的判断。

(3)加强资金的合理流动，计划采购，不准采购“三无”药品;必须从正规主渠道购进药品。 (4)建立短缺药品登记薄，积极组织对抢救急需药品的采购供应，以保证急救抢救治疗的需要。
(5)应及时与药库保管员和各调剂室的负责人沟通，了解掌握药品供应、药品质量和供应质量等情况。
