六、建立缺药登记薄，对抢救急需药品，采购人员应立即组织进货，以保证抢救治疗的需要。
药品监督员岗位职责
一、药品监督员要履行职责，认真执行药政法规，负责对药品质量的监督、检查工作。
二、要及时沟通信息，搞好药物不良反应监测，凡科室出现药物不良反应，药品监督员应及时报告临床药学室。
三、要及时检查病房小药柜的药品管理情况，经常检查科内精神及麻醉药品的管理，如发现问题应及时向护士长、科主任提出。
四、对各药房的差错事故，应及时报告科主任，以便及时纠正、解决。
五、搞好信息交流，协助药学室做好新药疗效观察与评价工作。
药品保管员岗位职责
一、在药库组长领导下，负责全院的药品保管供应工作。
二、要认真执行药政法规，对麻醉药品、医疗用毒性药品、精神药品、贵重药品，要按有关规定严格管理，不断提高管理水平。
三、库存药品应按药品性质、剂型分类定位保管，保持库房通风干燥，以防药品霉变失效。
四、建立药品分类明细帐，入库药品应详细登记，认真填写药品验收及入库单。
五、发现差错及时查对。建立有效期药品登记薄(牌)、药品出库登记、药品缺药登记本。
六、危险药品应人危险品库，不得与其他药品同库存，并应配备灭火器等消防器材。
七、会同财务每月对库存药品盘点一次，做到帐物相符。
八、保管人员应严守药库管理规定，严禁带非药库人员进出药库。

一、药剂科主任的职责
1、在院长领导下，领导药剂科各项工作。制定药剂科工作计划，组织实施，经常督促检查，按期总结汇报。
2、拟定药材的预算、采购计划，经院长的批准后组织实施。
3、加强药品的质量管理，建立健全药品监督检验制度，以保证临床用药的安全有效。
4、组织领导药品调配与制剂工作，指导或亲自参加复杂的药剂调配和制剂，保证配发的药品质量合格。
5、督促和检查毒、麻、精神、贵重药品的使用、管理以及药品的检验工作，领导所属人员认真执行各项规章制度和技术操作规程，严防差错事故，定期进行处方检查工作。
6、组织开展临床药学工作，做好药物咨询，处方点评，药品不良反应监测，对不合理用药积极与医务人员沟通讲解，并通过《药事简讯》及培训等形式提高我院的合理用药水平，降低患者的医药费用。
7、常深入科室，主动的征求意见，满足临床的需要。得知有危重病员抢救时，组织人员积极参加，主动的配合。 8、领导所属人员进行业务学习，进行技术考试，提出升、调、奖、惩的意见。

1、在药剂科主任领导下，负责分管的调剂、药检、临床药学、临床药理、科研、教学等业务工作。
2、指导下级药师做好各项业务工作，更深入实际，解决业务工作中的难题，指导复杂的药剂调配、药检、药物信息咨询等工作，保证药品安全、有效、经济。
3、负责下级药师、实习生、进修生的技术培养和理论提高，亲自参加授课，督促和检查下级药师的具体工作。
4、深入临床科室，参加临床查房及病例讨论，研究落实合理用药，了解安全用药情况，征求用药意见，介绍新药。
5、组织并亲自参加临床药学、临床药理和科研工作;学习国内外的新理论、新知识、新技术、新方法。

1、在科主任和主任药师的指导下，负责本科室规定范围内的工作，负责指导、组织并亲自参加药品的调剂、制剂和检验、鉴定工作，保证药品质量。
2、组织、带领下级药学工作人员认真贯彻执行各项规章制度，岗位责任，技术操作规程，毒、麻、精神药品管理规定和《药品管理法》及药政法规等有关规定。
3、主持某一室的日常业务工作，带领指导下级药学工作人员完成各项任务，保证业务工作的正常运转，改善服务态度、提高工作质量，严防差错事故。
