The line graph illustrates CO2 emissions per person in four European nations from 1967 to 2007.

第一段：题目改写。线图line graph. 原文show 可替换成describe, illustrate, depict, reveal, tell, let us know 等等。原文4个国家都在欧洲直接写欧洲4国行了不要怕考官不知道。繁琐的内容都去掉别把考官当小白。Nation = country = area. Between and = from to = during this period.

Starting from 1967, average CO2 emissions in two countries, Portugal and Italy, kept rising in different ranges, among which Portugal held the minimum amount of CO2 emission from 1 MT in 1967 to slightly over 5 MT in 2007, and Italy from over 4 MT to less than 8 MT during the same period. Besides, we can see that the emission remained steady in these two countries across the last ten years. However, a completely opposite pattern took place in UK, where average CO2 emission kept declining from 11 MT to less than 9 MT during these years.

Talking about Sweden, after peaking at more than 10 MT in 1977, the CO2 emission began plunging to 5 MT in 2007, the same amount measured in Portugal.

第四段：单独讲特殊的Sweden，先升后降。现在分词短语作状语避免过多的从句。Peak，顶点。Plunge 猛跌。Measured 分词定语。The same amount 同谓语。

线图描述的要点，开端，结尾，上升，下降，转折，重合。这些突出的内容一定要尽量提到的。

Conclusively, during this period, average CO2 emission were reported rising constantly in Portugal and Italy but declining in UK. In Sweden, it went up till 1977 and kept falling ever since.
