长脉冲高阻抗强流电子束二极管(5)

介绍了强光一号加速器长脉冲功率系统;分析了强光一号加速器长脉冲轴向绝缘高阻抗电子束二极管的管绝缘体和真空磁绝缘传输线的结构与绝缘性能;阐述了二极管工作阻抗和阴阳极的设计原则,给出了设计参数。实验研究表明：二极管电压0.75~2.6MV,电流65~85kA,电压幅值对应的工

108～2×109Gy/s。实验证明所设计的二极管结构合理,操作方便,工作性能可靠,有助于提高加速器的应用效

　　Abstract:　OneoftheimportantbuildingblocksonQiangguang2Iacceleratorislong2pulsehigh2impedanceintenseelectronbeam

diode,whichismainlyusedtoconvertelectricalpulsefromlongpulsepowergeneratorintoelectronbeamandintensebremsstrahlung.Inthispaper,thelongpulsepowersystemonQiangguang2Iacceleratorisintroduced.TheinsulationcharacteristicsofinsulatorandMITLoflong2pulsehigh2impedanceintenseelectronbeamdiodewereanalyzedindetail.Thedesignapproachfordiodeoperatingparametersin2cludingthediodeimpedance,cathodeandanodearedescribed.Theexperimentalresultsare:thediodevoltageis0.75～2.6MV,thebeamcurrentis65～85kA,theimpedancecorrespondingtotheamplitudeofdiodevoltageis14～44Ω,thepulsedurationofbremsstrahlungis100～400nsandthedoserateatarea100cm2is108～2×109Gy/s。
