划供应,采取多种措施抑制开发商的囤积土地行为,如缩小批租地块面积,规定项目的竣工周期等。(6)加强房地产开发商的信贷管理,制止开发商使用银行贷款囤积土地和房源,防范各种形式的房地产金融投机活动。( 7)注重房地产市场信息的搜集、加工和处理,严禁虚假信息传播,健全信息披露制度,尽可能消减房地产开发商的信息优势,确保房地产市场的信息公开、透明,为购房者提供客观、准确的市场信息,合理引导消费者的心理预期。参考文献:
