I , the writer of the thesis , agree to authorize this thesis to be enrolled in the Proceedings of which is edited by and published by Press. I also hereby appoint as my proxy to negotiate the matters of

this book including editing, publishing and distributing with the Press.

I agree to authorize the Press exclusive right to edit, publish and distribute the above thesis as a form of book, and insuring that this authorization will not invade other’s right or benefit. Any infringement dispute or loss caused by the use of the above right shall be borne by myself.
