探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除术临床效果

operation,the first day of the patients vision correction of more than 0.5 of the total of 44 cases of vision correction,more than 0.3 of the total of 65 cases,one week after operation in patients with vision correction of more than 0.5 of the total of 62 cases.Conclusion The smal incision extracapsular cataract extraction operation and convenient clinical use,not prone to complications,and postoperative recovery in patients with a relatively short time,so it has more extensive application in clinic,can make patients get better operation result.%目的：研究分析小切口白内障囊外摘除手术的效果。方法根据2009～2012年我院接收的80例小切口白内障囊外摘除手术患者来进行探讨分析。结果完成囊外摘除手术后，第一天患者的视力矫正超过0.5的共有44例，占研究总数的55.0%，视力矫正超过0.3的共有65例，占研究总数的81.3%，术后一周患者视力矫正超过0.5的共62例，占研究总数的77.5%。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除手术临床使用便捷，不容易出现并发症，且术后患者的恢复时间比较短，能够让患者获得较
好的手术效果。
