城市河道黑臭水体污染治理技术研究

摘要：城市河道黑臭水体对市民生活有严重不良影响，黑臭水体形成复杂、治理难度大。本文通过分析黑臭水体的外源性及内源性成因，明确了黑臭水体来源与治理方向，同时从控源截污、底泥修复、水体净化等方面研究了有效治理城市河道黑臭水体污染的技术，旨在进一步明确其治理策略，以期为有效治理提供参考。 关键词：城市河道;黑臭水体;环境污染;治理技术
中图分类号：X522 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-672X（2020）01-00-01 Abstract：The black and smelly water body in urban river has serious adverse influence on citizens’ life， and the formation of black smelly water body is complex and it is difficult to control it.By analyzing the exogenous and endogenous causes of black smelly water，the source and treatment direction of black smelly water are clarified in this paper.At the same time，the effective control technology of black and smelly water pollution in urban river is studied from the aspects of source control， sediment remediation and water purification， in order to further clarify its control strategy，in order to provide reference for effective treatment.

《水十條》中明确提出了治理黑臭水体是我国国家重点战略，自《水十条》出台至今，黑臭水体治理成为了理论界重点研究的课题之一，也成为了城市发展过程中必须解决的首要问题。面对严峻的城市河道黑臭水体，必须认识到其产生根源，进而采取有针对性的治理技术，解决水体污染、改善水环境。 1 城市河道黑臭水体成因
城市河道水体污染原因主要包括外源性与内源性。其中外源性污染原因是形成黑臭水体的直接原因，它主要指在城市建设过程中，随着人口、企业等的不断增加，城市排污能力不足，环保设施不完善，治理污染的技术落后，致使大量外源污染物质进入河道。外源性污染源头主要有下述几种：第一，地表、土壤、路面等有机物、氮磷等受到雨水冲刷而进入河道;第二，工业、生活废水进入河道;第三，污水管线、收集、转运等管理不当导致杂质进入河道;第四，水体自身水源污染物质集中，一旦水体自净能力低于污染量，水体好氧微生物会迅速消耗，当低于每升2mg时，水体为厌氧环境，此时在厌氧非微生物作用下水体逐渐变得黑臭，有机物
