B超在泌尿系统结石中的超声诊断声像图特征、结石类型及检出率分析

【摘要】 目的：探究B超在诊断泌尿系统结石中的声像图特征、结石类型以及检出率。方法：选择2014年6月-2016年5月本院疑似泌尿结石患者200例，对其分别进行X线KUB检查，以及B型超声检查，对比不同检查方式下患者的最终确诊情况，并分析泌尿结石患者利用超声诊断的声像图特征、结石类型以及检出率。结果：两种方式下泌尿系统结石患者的总体检率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。B超检查中输尿管上段、肾脏结石的检出率与X线检查比较，差异均有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the ultrasonogram features，calculi type and detection rates of B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Method：In our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016，200 cases of suspected urinary calculi were selected as the subjects，they were examined by X-ray KUB and B-ultrasonography respectively.The final diagnosis of urinary calculi patients with different examination methods were compared，and the characteristics of urinary calculi，calculi type and the detection rate of ultrasonic diagnosis were analyzed.Result：The overall detection rate of patients with urinary calculi in different methods were compared，the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）；the detection rate of B-ultrasound examination for upper ureteral，kidney calculi were more obvious than those of the X-ray，the differences were statistically significant（P

泌尿系统结石是常见的、多发的结石病症，是常见的急腹症之一，其形成在医学上学说众多，但是没有任何学说能够说明全部泌尿系统结石形成的机制[1-3]。泌尿系统结石的原因有很多，比如代谢性的疾病、泌尿系统的感染、异物或者梗阻等。在泌尿系统结石诊断中，B超技术得到了广泛的认可，超声诊断操作简单，并且不会对患者形成创伤和痛苦，不会受到结石成分的影响，对一些小结石、阴性结石都有良好的诊断效果[4-6]。通过超声诊断，有利于观察患者泌尿系统结石的大小，提示结石的部位，从而为患者治疗提供了指导。为分析超声诊断泌尿
