45钢调质硬度的影响因素分析

摘; 要:调质是钢铁热处理工艺中的重要一种,其主要用于对钢铁的力学性能及钢铁的加工性能加以改善,增强钢铁的硬度和韧性,从而使得钢铁及钢铁零部件能够获得人们所需要的性能。在钢铁及钢铁零部件调质过程中,最容易出现的问题为钢铁及钢铁零部件调质后硬度无法达到所要求硬度的问题,从而造成损失。为确保钢铁及钢铁零部件调质后的硬度,需要对钢铁及钢铁零部件调质过程中影响调质硬度的因素进行分析并制定针对性的处理措施,保证钢铁及钢铁零部件调质硬度满足工艺要求。
