摘要:甲醇是易爆性物质,具有潜在危害性,易发生火灾爆炸事故造成人员伤亡和财产损失。为了客观地评价煤制甲醇项目(甲醇合成精馏过程)的安全性,首先对项目中可能存在的危险有害因素进行辨识及分析,其次确定了项目中以甲醇合成精馏作为评价单元,并选择应用美国道化学公司DOW法进行本单元危险性评价方法。本文采用DOW(道)化学公司火灾爆炸指数评价法来确定物质、设备及工艺装置等存在的潜在危险性,定量计算火灾爆炸可能导致的危害程度,并提出了相应的措施。 关键词:煤制甲醇,合成精馏,火灾爆炸, 安全评价

Abstract: Methanol is potentially explosive substances, hazardous, prone to fire explosion accident caused casualties and property losses. In order to objectively evaluate the coal to methanol project (methanol synthesis distillation process) of security, first for possible danger and harmful factors in the project identification and analysis, the second to determine the project for methanol synthesis in the distillation as evaluation unit, and select the DOW chemical company DOW method was applied to this unit risk assessment methods. This article USES the DOW chemical company fire explosion index evaluation method to determine the material, equipment and process equipment such as the existence of potential danger, quantitative calculation of fire explosion could lead to harmful levels, and puts forward the corresponding measures.
