The purpose of this report is to explain our requirements and comment on recruitment methods. Findings
Because the units order increase sharply, 35 new production staff are needed now.
Three possible recruitment methods are listed as follow. First of all, we can hire recruitment agency, but the large expend is a disadvantage. Then, we are able to recruit staff by the online recruitment. The last but not least, recruitment advertisement can be reported on the newspaper, which is used many times before.
There are two kinds of newspaper to choose. The first one is Echo, selling 600,000 each day, which costs ￡2,500. The second one is Chronicle, selling 200,000 each day, which costs ￡2,000. It’s obviously that advertising by Echo can be more effective, which is better.

Conclusion
We can recruit 35 new staff by newspaper, advertising on the Echo.
