冬季房屋建筑施工技术探讨

摘要：随着我国经济的不断发展，很多建筑工程出于经济效益的要求，对建筑工期要求很高，很多房屋建筑工程在寒冷的冬季继续施工。而冬季由于其季节的特殊性造成施工的难度加大，施工中需注意的事项增多，因此，冬季施工应制定一套成熟的施工方案，保证施工的安全和质量。本文首先分析了冬季房屋建筑施工的特点，然后从准备工作、重点工程施工技术和保证措施三方面重点探讨了冬季房屋建筑施工的技术要点。 关键词：冬季；房屋建筑；施工技术；混凝土；安全保证
Abstract: with the continuous development of China's economy, a lot of construction engineering for economic benefits, at the request of construction time limit for a project is demanding, a lot of housing construction project in the cold winter continue to construction. And winter season due to the particularity of the difficulties caused by construction, the construction of matters that should pay
attention to increase, therefore, winter construction should formulate a set of mature construction plan, ensure the quality and safety of construction. This paper first analyzes the winter house construction characteristics, then from preparation work, key construction technology and guarantee measures three aspects discusses the winter house construction technical points.

我国冬季气温非常寒冷，尤其是我国大部的北方地区，整个冬季都会在零下度过。在如此严寒的温度下施工的难度不言而喻，很多建筑用材的保管难度、商用混凝土的制造及运输难度、材料的运送难度、钢筋焊接的难度、砌筑难度都非常大。 （二）有效施工时间短
我国处于北半球，漫长的冬季白昼短、黑夜长，而且冬季夜晚温度极低，夜晚施工几乎不可能，这就造成了冬季有效施工时间较短的特点，施工单位难以像其他季节一样有效进行施工操作。此外，冬季施工条件恶劣，建筑务工人员的工价也会随之上涨，这一因素也制约这冬季房屋施工的进行。
