21、火药爆破后，必须对孔内进行通风排烟，经检查烟雾排净后，爆破人员须先下井检查有无瞎炮，确认无瞎炮，并向挖孔作业工长签证交接后，挖孔人员方可下井。下井后应先清除护壁上的溅泥土和石渣，并进一步检查护壁的受损情况，确认安全后，方可进行下一道工序作业。
22、每天各作业班组长必须将本班组挖孔作业过程中，孔内遇到的各种情况及机电设施运行状态和作业人员的身体状况、检查发现的问题等认真填到人工挖孔桩作业班组日报表上，对存在的隐患问题在项目管理人员的指导下及时整改。
23、高温季节，项目必须做好防暑降温工作，保证及时将茶水送到施工现场职工手中；尽量避免高温时间作业，以防止中暑。

24、人工挖孔桩护壁成孔后，安装钢筋笼前，应先用验孔器检查护壁的同心度、孔径及垂直度，对偏差较大的护壁，应先行凿除处理经检查验收合格后方可吊放钢筋笼，以免下放钢筋笼时出现卡笼现象。如采用井内绑扎钢筋笼时，作业人员应系好安全带；放插钢筋应注意上下配合，做好通风排毒措施，确保安全作业。
25、浇桩心砼时，井下接导管及振捣砼的人员应系好安全带，同时井上至少应有一人值守，随时注意井下人员情况；御料台应在适当的位置（杂物不易掉入的地方）留出不少于 0.3m2的空隙，使井内与井外的空气流通，保证井内人员的安全。
26、项目应做好施工现场排水排污方案，并经公司总工和安全部门审查批准认可后组织施工。
