I, the undersigned, being the authorized legal representative of the Company, that is the duly registered merchant on the platform Joom (website at https://merchant.joom.com, Joom’s mobile applications (both iOS and Android) and website at https://www.joom.com/) (all together referred to as the “Site”) and sells its items to the users of the Site, hereby confirm that:
1. All the products offered by the Company on the Site are dispatched directly from [China].
2. All the products offered by the Company on the Site are dispatched and delivered to the customers
ordering the Company’s product on the Site via Joom Logistics services only (as specified in the Joom Logistics Shipment & Delivery Terms). 3. The final price offered on the Site and the value (both the real value and the declared value) of each
product offered by the Company for sale on the Site do not exceed Euro 150. If any of the products offered by the Company on the Site are dispatched and delivered to the user via any other means other than Joom Logistics services or if the Company offers products with the final price and the value (both the real value and the declared value) of each product exceeding Euro 150, the Company undertakes to immediately notify Joom and provide Joom with a copy of the German VAT certificate and any other information or documents that may be required in the shortest period of time.
If the Company is already registered for the VAT purposes with the German tax authorities, the Company shall notify Joom immediately and shall provide Joom with a copy of the tax certificate and any other documents or information that might be requested by Joom.
I hereby confirm that the information provided in this Declaration is correct and valid. In case of any changes which may affect the validity of this information, the Company undertakes to notify Joom immediately (not later than within 3 calendar days from the date when such changes occurred) via email and other means of communication.
Regardless of anything stated in this Declaration, I hereby confirm that the Company remains solely responsible and liable for compliance with any applicable legislation, including the German tax legislation. The Company is solely responsible for calculation and payment of German VAT and/or any other taxes applicable (if any) and compliance with any other requirements.
The Company agrees to indemnify and hold Joom and (as applicable) Joom’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable

attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of invalidity and incorrectness of any information stated in this Declaration and non-compliance of the Company with the German tax legislation. All other matters not covered by this Declaration shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Service for Merchants and other terms, conditions, policies and platform rules that the Company agreed to comply with being a merchant registered on the Site. This Declaration is valid until 31 December 2021.
