[摘要] 目的：探讨预防性护理模式在耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染控制中的应用价值。方法：选取160例耳鼻喉疾病患者，按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组80例。对照组采用传统护理模式；观察组采用预防性护理模式。应用Logistic回归分析术后感染的影响因素，从患者自身、防护管理和医务人员3个维度制定管理措施。对比两组患者术后感染率、防护失误率和患者护理满意度3项指标。结果：观察组患者术后感染率和防护失误率显著降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=4.006，x2=4.658；P＜0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度显著提高，两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-2.672；P＜0.05)。结论：预防性护理模式可有效降低耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染率，提高临床诊疗活动的规范性，改善患者术后诊疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application value of preventive nursing model in postoperative infection control for patients with ear, nose and throat (ENT) diseases. Methods: 160 patients with ENT diseases were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group as random number table method, with 80 patients in each group. The traditional nursing model was used in control group, and the preventive nursing model was used in observation group. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative infection. Management measures were formulated from three dimensionsincluded patients themselves, protection management and medical staff.Three indicators included postoperative infection rate, failure rate of protection and satisfaction degree ofpatientsbetween the two groups were compared.Results: The infection rate and failure rate of prevention of observation group were significantly reduced, and the differences of two indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(x2=4.006, x2=4.658, P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of patientsin observation group was significantly increased, and the difference of this between the two groups was statistically significant (t=-2.672, P<0.05).Conclusion: Preventive nursing model can effectively reduce postoperative infection rate of patients with ENT diseases, and enhance the standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment activities, and further improve the effects of postoperative diagnosis and treatment of patients.

耳鼻喉疾病作为临床常见的疾病类型之一，外科手术是治疗该疾病最有效的手段。医院作为众多患者集中就诊的场所，极易存在各种不同类型的病原菌，患者住院期间发生感染的概率较大，术后护理成为耳鼻喉科的一项重要管理工作[1]。耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染的易发部位包括呼吸道、消化道和泌尿系统，感染将直接影响临床诊疗效果，导致患者身体不适，
住院时间延长，严重时会危及生命。相关研究数据显示，受到患者人群、医院类别、护理人员及工作措施等因素影响，耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染发生率存在差异[2-3]。因此，采取必要的预防性护理措施，对提高耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染的控制效果具有一定的研究意义。本研究旨在分析耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染的影响因素，建立针对性的预防性护理措施，探讨其在控制
