本课时是义务教育灵通版（pep）小学英语教科书五年级下册的第一单元第二课时，依然围绕“询问对方一天中的作息时间”这个话题展开内容。包括Let’s learn和Ask and write两个板块。
Let’s learn是呈现Pedro一天的活动作息图片与时间信息，还有一组问答句，使学生们进一步了解西班牙小学生的具体的日常生活作息情况。Ask and write呈现的是有关伙伴的日常活动作息表格，鼓励学生运用When do you …句型，采用问答方式，获得伙伴的完整信息，最终完成表格内容填充任务。
Let’s learn是第一单元A部分的重点内容，是关于日常活动的五个新的动词短语，属于课程标准的二级词汇，要求听、说、读、写四会，进一步丰富了学生们的词汇量，为学习B部分做了充分的铺垫。Ask and write呈现了八个日常活动短语，新旧短语融汇在一起，温故而知新，相互对照映衬，在比较中更容易接受并且掌握新知。通过问答伙伴一天中的活动作息情况，深刻感知when do you…句型的运用语境，增强了学生学习英语的自信心，提高了学生们的英语交际能力。 、
本课时重点掌握五个动词短句和一组问答句型，我准备了充足的PPT动画课件，采用滚动播放方式呈献给学生们，帮助学生练习快速说短语，还可以运用“你做动作我猜短语、英汉互译、萝卜蹲、炸弹人”等多种游戏加以巩固。针对句型的练习，可以采用“抽签问答、排队问答、采访问答”等多种活动巩固重点句型的熟练运用。提高学生用英语交际完成活动任务的能力。 三、课时目标
1.能听说读写五个有关日常作息活动的动词短语do morning exercises，eat breakfast，have…class，play sports，eat dinner。
2.能够在语境中正确运用这五个动词短语，练习询问并回答关于日常作息活动的问题。 3.能够灵活运用核心词汇完成关于日常作息活动的问答活动。 四、课时重难点 1.重点

设计意图：通过说话加动作表演，复习学过的日常动词短语，预习将要学习的新动词短语，为本课学习新句型做了很好的铺垫作用。 2.导入 语言导入

设计意图：通过师生问答方式，复习了第一课时的重点问句When do you…以及答语，呈现了中国小学生一天中上下课的具体时间与Pedro在西班牙的情况有所不同，引导学生们想了解更多关于Pedro一些日常活动。 3. 新课呈现
（1）观看动画课件，听录音，认知五个动词短语。 ①观看动画课件，跟读动词短语。
T：Watch these moving pictures. And read after the tape.
教师每播放一张图片，便让学生跟读数遍，教师再领读数遍，然后指名几个学生领读。 >
②观看动画课件，自己认读动词短语。
T：Watch them again. And read them by yourselves.
设计意图：学生们通过观看动画课件，非常容易理解每个动词短语的汉语意思，这种直观的呈现新知内容，学生们很欣喜，在愉悦中跟读，感受正确的朗读方法，领悟正确的读音规则，这样反复三、四次，多数学生就能够正确认读了。 ③指导拼读规则与方法。

B.辨析组合相同，读音不同ea组合。 [
T：And what’s the same in both of “eat” and “breakfast” Ss：They both have the letters “ea”.
T：Yes. We can read the letters of “ea” /i:/ in the word “eat”. But we must read the letters of “ea”/e/ in the word “breakfast”. Now read after me. Eat, /i:/; breakfast , /e/ . Ss：Eat, /i:/; breakfast , /e/ .
C.认识比较活跃的字母a的读音。
T：Which words have the letter “a” in the five phases Ss：They are “have”, “breakfast”, “play”, “eat”.
T：The letter “a” has different pronunciation in the four words. We can read it /?/ in the word “have”. We can read it /?/ in the word “breakfast. We can read “ay” /e?/ in the word “play”. We can read “ea” /i:/ in the word “eat”. }
D.联系汉语拼音读法进行拼读。
可以发现，26个英文字母与汉语拼音有很多相似的地方，除了五个元音字母（a，e，i，o，u）之外的21个字母都是辅音字母，这些辅音字母的读音，大多与汉语拼音中的声母很相似，辅音与元音拼读的方法非常近似于汉语拼音中的声母与韵母的拼读。所以，在拼读单词的时候，最容易记住的是辅音字母，其次再关注元音字母或元音字母组合的读音特点。如morning
