【摘要】Objectives:To study the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound in incomplete abortion in-trauterine residue.Method:180 cases with 2 weeks vaginal bleeding after medical abortion in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 December were randomly divided into 3 groups with 60 cases in each.A group received CDFI examination;B group received CDPI examination;C received both CDFI and CDPI examination.The pathological results were compared to evaluate the value of diagnosis.Result:In A group,the diagnostic sensitivity of incom-plete medical abortion was 91.1% (54 /56),and the accuracy was 88.3% (53 /60);in B group the sensitivity was 90.9% (50 /55)and the accuracy was 90% (54 /60);in C group,the sensitivity was 100%

sensitivity,accuracy,sensitivity,accuracy of C group was obviously higher than those of group A and B,all P <0.05.Conclusion:CDFI is of high sensitivity and low accuracy in diagnosis of incomplete medical abortion intrauterine residue.The diagnostic accuracy can be improved when combined with CD-PI.The combination of the two methods has
