重建的肺动脉瓣进行直观评估，对早期监测 RⅤOT 重建情况，Gore-Tex 单瓣活动度，有无狭窄、关闭不 全，有无血栓，左、右室收缩压力及左、右室功能，术 后有无其他并发症有着重要的临床价值[12] 。 本组 病例术后超声提示右心室收缩功能和左心室收缩功 能均正常，RⅤOT 宽度正常，未见异常速度血流，76 例 （ 83.5% ） 单瓣活 动良好， 运动正 常，15 例 （16.5% ）固定在开放状态，23 例（25.3% ）出现轻度 肺动脉瓣关闭不全，6 例（6.6% ）中度肺动脉瓣关闭 不全，4 例（4.4% ）单瓣轻度狭窄。Gore-Tex 补片上 均未发现血栓附着。Gore-Tex 片作为临床常用的生物医学材料，与 自体心包、异种心包及同种带瓣血管片相比，拥有更 好的组织相容性，较佳的柔韧性和活动性，取材方便 等优点，本研究也证实应用其制作的肺动脉单片早 中期再狭窄和反流发生率较低，拥有满意的血流动 力学效果。 因此，应用 0.1 mm 厚度的 Gore-Tex 膜 作单瓣重建 RⅤOT，临床应用简单方便，近期效果良 好，具有很好的应用前景，其中长期效果待进一
