信用证的修改：买方应依本合同规定开立信用证，若有不符，应在接到卖方通知后立即 开立本信用证的修改通知书。否则买方将承担由此产生的损失及迟期装运。
(8) Quality and Weight: For the quanlity and weight of the goods shipped ， the
inspection certificate(s) issued by the Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau of the People ' s Republic of China at the port of shipment shall be part of the docume nts to be prese nted for n egotiati on un der the releva nt letter of credit.
品质与重量：中华人民共和国进出口商品检验局应就出口商品的品质与重量出具检验证
书，该检验证书应作为议付单据在信用证中有所提示。
(9) Discrepancy and Claims: Should the quality and /or quantity (weight) be found not in con formity with that of the con tract

(10) Force Majeure: The sellers shall not be held liable for non-delivery or
delayed delivery of the goods due to accide nts bey ond their con trol. However

不可抗力：如因不可抗力原因致使卖家无法交货或延迟交货，卖方概不负责，但卖方应 就不可抗力原因向买方提交证明材料。
(11) Arbitrati on: shall be settled
All disputes in connection with this con tract or its executi on by negotiation.
In case no settlement can be reached， the case

under dispute shall then be submitted to China International
Commission in Beijing for arbitration in accordanee with its Arbitration Rules. fees
The decision shall be final and binding upon both parties. The arbitration shall be bor ne by the los ing party.
仲裁：凡因执行本合同或有关本合同所发生的一切争议，如不能解决，应提交中国国际
经济贸易委员会根据其仲裁规则进行仲裁，此裁决为终局的，对双方都有约束力，制裁 费用由败诉方承担。
