We sometimes need to make a change in the organization of our company that before we make nay change we need to do some analysis. You know any change in organization is an expensive and hard job. By doing an analysis we are able to know what problems we have. Once we are clear about what problems we have, we need to develop a plan for the change. In other words, we must know what should be done. To put the change into practice, the most important thing is communication. We need to tell our staff the benefits of the changes to our company and to all of them the as one. We should also tell them what to do with the changes and help them deal with problems we may have. Another important thing is to collect feedback from employees. We need to learn how they react to the change. Some people may feel uncomfortable with the change. We need to give them encouragement and congratulation if they have achieved any success.

Q17. What is the purpose of doing an analysis before making a change? Q18. What should we do after we are clear about the problem we have? Q19. What is the most important thing to put the change into practice? Q20. What is the purpose of collecting feedback from employees? KEYS:
