ZhangZhaohong Project Management CIMC-TianDa June, 2011 寻找到一条新的出路。 不断向多领域、宽范围方向发展。日益得以在各个行业中广泛应用。 前期对项目中的资源、关键要素和节点进行准确的定义和量化。在项目执行过控、预判项目工程实际的成本、费用、进度与计划期望间的差异。在项目执行程中根据实际所发生的情况，对比计划情况，计算出已完成了的工作的预算费艺方法最早形成于20世纪60年代早期。其在项目管理中主要应用于分析、监应用于实际工程项目时发现的问题，就挣值管理的适用范围、挣值计算、多子终控制在合理的偏差范围内。随着挣值管理方法的日益成熟，其应用范围也在项目的评价、进行评价和预测、成本分析和预测等方面存在的问题进行了研究，关键词：成本管理；挣值管理；项目管理 摘 要 本指标体系，给出了挣值管理方法的一些应用。 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 本课题对相应文献的详细研究基本上介绍了挣值管理理论的形成发展和研通过把挣值管理方法运用于实际的建设工程项目，对其在机电设备工程项并给出了解决的方法。期望为我国施工企业提高成本管理水平，降低企业成本目中的应用进行了分析，对挣值管理的所需参数进行计算，并对计算结果进行详细分析，最后得出了应用挣值管理方法对项目分析的结果。并根据挣值管理配优化资源配给，缩小和消除现行走势与既定计划间的偏差，使得项目执行始用与已完成工作的进度情况和计划工作的预算费用，得到有关计划与实际进展的进度、费用的偏差参数，依据此可以全局地掌握项目在实施过程中有关成本究现状，阐述了挣值管理方法的基本原理，并介绍了目前使用的挣值分析的基控制、进度把控，进一步对项目未来的发展走势提出预判，并提前做好资源调“挣值管理”在项目管理中应用尤其广泛,特别是其挣值技术和方法。此技- I - 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract \value management\has been widely application, especially in the wide range of project management, particularly its earned value techniques and methods. This technique solution was first formed in the early 60s of 20th century. This solution main function is management, analysis, monitoring and anticipation the difference between actual cost and real cost, defined schedule and real happen plan. The necessary resouse, key elements and poins should be pre-defined and quantified before the project execution. In the course of project implementation, we need to calculate the estimated cost, the estimated plan of completed work and estimated cost of planed work, which basic on the actual situation. So we can get the actual project progress, the deviation of cost, even the cost control and schedule process. Due to monitor the overall process of project implementation, we can estimate project proess tendency easily. Further more, we can optimize and allocate the limited resource, reduce and eliminate the current gup and deviation between the trend and pe-difined plans. So that the project can be controlled in the reasonable deviation range and reach estimated target.The earned value management methods become more sophisticated, the scope of application covers multi-area, wide range direction increasingly. Meanwhile it should be widely used in various industries. On the basis of detailed study of existing literature, this file introduces the formation, development and research situation of the earned value management theory, describes the basic principles of earned value method, and also describes the current application of the index system and earned value analysis. Through apply EVM into actual engineering project management, we analyze the application of Earned Value Management in the electrical and mechanical equipment project, calculate the requirement parameters for earned value management, make a detailed analysis of the results, and get the results of the application of earned value management analysis project. According to the problems finding in applications of the EVM in the actual engineering project, the author researches the existing problems in range of EVM application, EVM calculation, appraisement for projects with subproject, appraisement and forecast of the progress, cost analysis, forecast and others, give the solution, based on earned value theory. The aims of this these is to find a new way to improve the cost management level and lower construction cost of our country’s construction corporation.
