Create a new group (Layer > New > Group), name it “navigation” and put it underneath the “content bg” group. Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) and create a rounded rectangle with the dimensions 938px by 70px and the color #a95858. Make sure that the bottom area of this rectangle is underneath the big white rectangle. Name this layer “navigation bar”, double-click on it and use the settings from the image below.
