重庆市铁路货运现状及提升对策

摘; 要：重庆市铁路货物运输量少、占比低，分析其成因，主要由城市产业结构、其他交通方式竞争、铁路货运通道不畅、“前后一公里”问题突出、场站能力不足、服务质量不高等因素造成。从畅通铁路货运通道、完善区域路网、加强专用线建设、补强场站能力、提升物流服务水平等方面提出对策建议，以提升铁路货运量及市场份额，为重庆市推动运输结构调整、完善综合交通体系提供参考。

It's mainly caused by the urban industrial structure， the competition of other modes， the poor railway freight passages， the \， the insufficient capacity of stations and the low quality of service. The suggestions are put forward from the aspects of unblocking railway freight passages， improving regional railway network， strengthening the construction of railway industrial sidings， strengthening railway station capacity， improving logistics service level and so on， in order to increase railway freight volume and market share. It provides reference for promoting the adjustment of transportation structure and improving comprehensive transportation system in Chongqing.

铁路具有运能大、速度快、全天候、低碳环保等诸多优势，是综合交通运输体系的骨干和主要交通方式之一，提升铁路货运量及其在综合交通体系中的占比，对于减少环境污染、节约能源、优化资源配置具有重要意义。根据国务院《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》有关部署，重庆市印发了《重庆市推进运输结构调整三年行动实施方案（2018-2020年）》，要求“有效增加铁路运输量和铁水联运量，加快建設现代综合交通运输体系”。 1 重庆市铁路货运现状 1.1 重庆市铁路概况
