创建激情校园文化 打造“体验教育”特色学校
摘要：激情校园文化，则是对通过校园文化的拓展与深化，通过对校园文化建设的不断创新，使学校从环境面貌到人文精神，从师生的耳濡目染到心思神想，都能产生一种与时俱进、激人向上的激情氛围。激情校园文化的载体主要为两个方面：一是校园物质形态构建，二是校园人文精神的形成。在物质层面上，学校提出：用绿色校园创设优美环境，用特色活动打造昂扬激情，用校报网站提升文化品位。在精神层面上，学校依据“三立”办学宗旨，坚持用和谐理念激励教师，用科学管理培育学生，用雷锋精神兴校育人。我们在打造激情校园文化的基础上，广开彰显“体验教育”特色的施教渠道，做了不少有益的探索。
Abstract: The Passion of campus culture, it is through the expansion and deepening of campus culture, campus culture through constant innovation, make the school look from the environment to the human spirit, from the teachers and students to exposure to the mind of God like, and can produce a the times, the passion up the atmosphere of excited people. The main carrier of the campus culture of passion for two aspects: First, material form of the campus building, the second is the formation of human spirit on campus. The material level, the school put forward: the creation of a beautiful green campus environment, with special activities to build high-spirited passion, enhance the cultural quality site with a newspaper. In the spiritual realm, the school based on the “three up” mission, adhere to the concept of harmony inspired by teachers, nurturing students with scientific management, with the spirit of Lei Feng Xing school educating people. We build a campus culture based on passion, wide open highlight “experiential education” teaching the characteristics of channels, done a lot of useful exploration.

学校是人才培养的摇篮，是民族振兴的基石，学校管理水平的高低决定学校的办学水平和教育质量。作为一所在改革开放时代大潮中逐步发展的城镇中学，近年来，我们紧密结合自身的特点和发展实际，以着力“创建激情校园文化”为切入点，努力打造“体验教育”特色学校，逐步形成了“以人为本，全面发展，文化引领，实践体验，潜移默化，全员育人”的学校管理新模式，使原本处于市区“垫底”状态的簿弱学校，步入了省、市办学管理规范化的先进行列，在提升学校管理科学化水平、全面提高教育质量上，迈开了新的步伐。
