Abstract
During the summer of 2012, Chongqing University College of social practice is a theme: the successful quality investigation. For the completion of this investigation, I class four students an investigation team, a clear division of labor, we use ten days to find relevant information, prepared questionnaire and other materials, respectively, on the side of some flash characters do the survey interviews. Their occupation, living in different corners of the society, but they have a common name -- successful people.
Through the telephone booking, we visited 8 successful people, by questionnaire and record forms, records of every successful precious insights and life experiences. Their stories each are not identical, but from which we can see a same point: they are on the way to success, by virtue of its high quality, continue to learn from experiences and lessons, the final harvest success.
The success of greatness, that its successful experience to share with others, and achieve more success. Believe there are so many successful experience and support, our path in life will be more perfect!

摘要
2012年暑假，重庆大学材料学院的社会实践主题是：成功者素质调查。为完成此次调查，我班四位同学组成调查小组,明确分工后,我们利用十天的时间查找相关资料,准备好调查问卷等材料,分别对身边的一些闪光人物做了调查采访。他们职业不同，生活在社会的不同角落，但他们却有一个共同的名字——成功人士。
通过电话预约，我们走访了8位成功人士，以问卷和笔录的形式，记录了每一位成功人士的珍贵见解和人生经验。他们的故事各不相同，但从中我们都会看到一个相同点：他们在通往成功的路上，凭借着自身极高的素质,不断吸取经验和教训,最终收获了成功。
成功者的伟大之处,在于将其成功的经验与他人分享,并成就了更多的成功者.相信有这么多成功者的经验作支撑,我们的人生之路将会走得更加完美!

前言
在2012年的暑假期间，我小组四人(吴松、赵大鹏、曹艳雯、陈崎汐)利用为期二十天的时间做了一项社会实践。此次实践主题是：成功人士素质调查。实践从2012年8月1日起，到2012年8月20日结束，通过走访了8位成功人士并做问卷调查，收获良多。
我们将调查重点放在:成功者的沟通技巧、成功者的工作生活方式、成功者对待压力的方法以及成功者的综合素质四个方面。走访了八位成功人士，了解了他们对于这几个方面的作法和见解，然后通过讨论分析调查问卷结果，得到一系列分析结果，同时也学到了不少有用的东西。
此次调查，是一次难忘的人生经历。 现将此次社会实践的具体情况报告如下。
