列车运行图冗余时间布局优化方法
【摘要】列车运行图的动态性能是衡量列车运行图的一项重要指标,冗余时间的布局是影响列车运行图动态性能的关键因素之一。在考虑相关作业的冗余时间之间关系的基础上,从提高列车运行图动态性能和缩短列车旅行时间两方面出发建立了冗余时间布局的优化模型。针对该模型,给出了改进的遗传算法进行求解,并编程实现。最后以优化武汉至广州客运专线列车运行图冗余时间布局问题为例来验证该模型与算法,结果表明通过该模型和算法取得的满意解能够将目标函数值降低10%,在一定程度上优化冗余时间的布局。

Model and Algorithms for Slack Time Allocation in Train Timetabling Process on Railway Passenger Dedicated Line

Abstract: On-line performance is one of the most important indices to evaluate the quality of train timetable and slack time layout plays a vital role to reflect train timetable on-line performance. On the basis of considering interactions among various redundant time, we proposed a mathematical model to improve the on-line performance of train timetable and reduce total travelling time. At the same time, we provided a genetic algorithm and the algorithm was implemented. Finally, we took allocating train slack time on WuHan-GuangZhou railway passenger dedicated line as an example to test the model and algorithm, and the results are satisfying.

列车运行正点率是衡量铁路客运服务质量的重要指标,国外高速铁路的列车运行正点率比较高。目前在我国,由于运输能力十分紧张,列车运行正点率较国外有一定差距。随着高速铁路的不断建设和投入运营,铁路运能正逐步得到提高,运量与运能之间的矛盾将会逐步得到缓解,这为提高列车运行正点率提供了有利契机。
列车运行图的动态性能主要是指列车运行图在执行过程中承受各种随机扰动的能力,是列车运行正点率的综合体现,也是衡量列车运行图质量的重要指标[1]。冗余时间是指列车运行图内的列车区间运行、车站停站、列车间追踪运行和列车间接续等作业的图定作业时分(简称图定时分)与完成该作业所需的标准
