耳穴埋豆与乳房穴位按摩相结合在促进母乳喂养中的应用

【摘要】 目的：观察耳穴埋豆与乳房穴位按摩在促进母乳喂养的临床效果。方法：选取2018年6月-2019年5月笔者所在医院妇产科收治的300例分娩后的产妇作为研究对象，通过抽签随机法将所有产妇分为对照组和试验组，每组150例。对照组进行常规护理，试验组在常规护理的基础上增加耳穴埋豆与乳房穴位按摩联合的方法。比较两组产妇母乳喂养率、泌乳始动时间和护理满意度。结果：试验组母乳喂养率及护理总满意度均明显高于对照组，泌乳始动时间早于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：耳穴埋豆与乳房穴位按摩联合应用对促进母乳喂养的临床效果较好，可以明显缩短泌乳始动时间，提高母乳喂养率，具有很高的临床价值，值得推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ear acupoint burying beans and breast acupoint massage in promoting breastfeeding. Method： From June 2018 to May 2019， 300 postpartum parturients admitted in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All parturients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random sampling method， with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the experimental group was given the combined method of ear acupoint burying beans and breast acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing. The breastfeeding rate， lactation initiation time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result： The breastfeeding rate and total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group， and the lactation initiation time was earlier than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.
