ACE智能录井系统操作手册
介绍
1
概述
综合录井仪是石油天然气钻井现场使用的一种大型电子仪器。其功能是记录钻井数据,监测钻井过程,指导生产、提供安全保障。
随着油气勘探开发难度越来越大,钻井周期越来越短,安全要求越来越高,如何更加有效地发挥录井技术在石油地质和钻井工程两方面的优势,不仅是录井工程自身发展的要求,而且也是油气勘探开发行业的要求。ACE智能录井系统(SLZ-3型)是中国电子科技集团公司第二十二研究所自行研究开发的新一代录井产品。
2 系统框图
ACE智能录井系统(SLZ-3型)由仪器房、传感器、CAN总线采集系统、智能快速色谱仪、
计算机系统和配电系统组成。除传感器、接线箱、脱气器等设备外,其他部分工作时安装在拖橇内。系统框图如图1所示。

3 仪器房
3.1 仪器房结构
1) ACE智能录井系统仪器房外壳采用集装箱形式,外形尺寸标配为8.4×2.4×2.8m。 2) 墙壁、顶部用2mm波纹钢板,地板用6mm平钢板。 3) 仪器房大门、逃生窗、观察窗达到A60防火等级。 4) 内部墙板、家具采用环保型产品。
5) 工作台面及地板采用中密度板,表面贴防火板。 6) 显示器采用液晶屏并安装于墙板上。 7) 工作环境安全、宽敞、舒适。
8) 小隔间设计合理实用,扩大了储物空间。
9) ACE智能录井系统还可选配我所生产的SLZ-2AF型防爆仪器房。
3.2 吊运及安装
1) 吊运时应采用合格的钢丝绳和卸扣,保证起吊的安全。
2) 仪器房的起吊和安放要平稳,不能对仪器房进行较重的撞击,防止内部仪器遭受不必要的损坏。 3) 仪器房在现场安放时,场地要平整,大门朝井架方向,安全窗外要有足够的逃生空间。 4) 在仪器房与传感器安装现场之间须架设一根钢丝绳,所有电缆应用挂钩悬挂在钢丝绳上。
4 配电系统
配电系统由配电盘、隔离变压器、UPS、总电
总电源插座总电源开关综合电量测试仪综合电量测试仪源线等组成。
仪器房外部电源进线为三相四线制,可由市电电网或井场发电机供电。仪器房内设有配电箱,除脱气器等少数设备直接使用三相电源外,大部分设备均由配电箱分配为单相供电。配电系统示意图如图2所示。
在使用中,如果需要改动配电系统,必须由具有专业资格的人员进行配线连接。

仪器房就位后,应接上安全地线。接地装置在仪器房正面右下侧。接地线应与接地装置连接可靠,地线桩应埋入地下,并使周围土层保持湿润。

4.2 接电
总电源插座安装于小隔间内。在接井场电源前应拔掉总电源插头,连接380V(三相四线制)电源后用万用表测量电源插头的火线、零线正确后,再接上总电源插头。如图3所示。
总电源插座盒内,安装有避雷器,应将避雷地线可靠接地。
