窄叶桃与普通叶片桃杂交子代(F1)叶片性状的变异

【摘要】Leaf traits of narrow-leaf peach (BYDOP7029), standard-leaf peach (Jinxiayoupan and Hujingmilu) and filial generation (F1) of two combinations (BYDOP7029xJinxiayoupan and HujingmiluxBYDOP7029) were studied in order to investigate the leaf inheritance. Leaf traits of F, of two combinations were controlled by a pair of alleles. Genetic variation of leaf traits existed widely among individual plants of F,. Area, length, width and perimeter of leaf were important basis for distinguishing F, of different combinations. For F, of two combinations, leaf area had a significantly positive correlation with leaf width (P<0.01) and a significantly negative correlation with length/width ratio (P<0. 01). Leaf width and length/width ratio had a significantly binary linear regression relation with leaf area (P<0. 01). Meanwhile, multiple related coefficient was 0.981 782 and a general regression relation was formed (Leaf area =-37. 13S 4+17.013 2x leaf width + 3.098 6 x leaf length/width ratio). Furthermore, variation range of shape factors of F, of the two combinations was higher than those of parents, and negative mid-parent heterosis and transgressive heterosis were observed.
