多焦点人工晶状体联合角膜松解术对30例白内障合并角膜散光患者的疗效观察

摘 要 目的：探讨多焦点人工晶状体联合角膜松解术对白内障合并角膜散光患者的临床疗效。方法：选择白内障合并角膜散光患者60例作为研究对象。其中对照组30例，采用植入散光多焦点人工晶状体治疗；观察组30例，采用植入多焦点人工晶状体联合角膜松解术方式治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者术后裸眼视力均显著改善，术后1周、1月、3月平均角膜散光均低于术前。其中在角膜散光1.50 D的情况下，观察组患者疗效差于对照组（P

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effects of multifocal intraocular lens plus corneal lysis for patients with cataract complicated with astigmatism. Methods： Sixty patients with cataract complicated with astigmatism were selected and randomly divided into a control group （n=30） and an observation group （n=30）. The control group was treated with implantation of multifocal toric intraocular lens and the observation group with implantation of multifocal intraocular lens plus corneal lysis. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity in all the cases was obviously improved. The mean
