咪达唑仑配伍盐酸哌替啶在人流术中的应用

【摘要】Objective:To explore the application effect of midazolam combined meperidine hydrochloride in artificial abortion. Methods:300 patients with artificial abortion were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 150 cases in each.They were given two different anesthetic plans.The anesthesia effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The analgesia effective rate and cervical dilation rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction incidence rate(16%) of the control group was significantly higher than 0.7% of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using midazolam combined meperidine hydrochloride for anesthesia in artificial abortion has better anesthesia effect,and the adverse reactions and intraoperative bleeding of patients are less.%目的：探析咪达唑仑配伍盐酸哌替啶在人流术中的应用效果。方法：收治人流术患者300例，分为观察组与对照组，每组150例，给予2种不同麻醉方案，对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果：观察组的镇痛有效率和宫颈扩张率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。对照组的不良反应发生率16%明显高于观察组的0.7%(P＜0.05)。结论：人流术中使用咪达唑仑联合盐酸哌替啶进行麻醉，麻醉效果较好，且患者不良反应与术
